Waspie elastic, is a soft decorative elastic gathered to create a ruffle effect, which in turns gives the band its stretch. Construct an exposed elastic waistband in dresses and skirts; this elastic gives a cinched or wasp waist effect. Other uses included belts or deep decorative cuff details. Suitable for use with a 50mm belting clasp.
