Shipping policy

In response to Royal Mail's recent price increase, we have taken the decision to switch to a tracked service for all our deliveries. Given that the price of an untracked service is now only marginally cheaper, we feel switching to a tracked service offers the best value for money with the benefit of being able to track and manage your delivery.

We aim to despatch all orders placed by 3pm Monday to Friday on the same day. This means the parcel will have left our building and be on route to our delivery partner.  Subject to their collection and drop off times they may not register receipt of the parcel until the next working day. Orders placed at the weekend and on bank holidays are despatched on the next working day. We reserve the right to amend our despatch window from time to time. These changes will be notified on the website banner and in this shipping policy.

All delivery times are estimates. We only deliver to addresses in the UK. (Except Northern Ireland)

We use Royal Mail as our primary delivery service. Orders exceeding the size and weight limited for Royal Mail will be shipped by another appropriate delivery service.

After your order has been dispatched, Royal Mail will send you email updates with delivery status details. You'll also have the option to reschedule the delivery if the scheduled day isn't convenient for you.

Royal Mail only deem a parcel to be lost 10 working days following despatch. After this time, we will investigate the whereabouts of the parcel and the circumstances for the delay. Providing you supplied valid and correct shipping details at checkout, and your parcel is not awaiting collection from a Royal Mail delivery office we will do one of the following: replace the whole order; subject to stock availability, or issue a refund.

Orders shipped by our alternative delivery service: we will provide you with tracking information on our order despatch email.

*Please note: Additional delivery charges may apply to the following areas: Highlands and the Islands, the Isle of Man, and the Channel Islands. If additional costs are involved, we will notify you as soon as possible of these charges. All parcels in excess of 20Kg: additional delivery charges will apply in all geographical areas; these will be notified upon receipt of order.
