Large Tailor's Ham

Our large tailor's ham is fashioned using 100% wool Melton and a 100% fine weave cotton for the pressing surfaces. The inner liner is made from 100% cotton and hard packed with finely graded sand to provide a firm contoured surface for pressing and shaping. The seams of the inner liner are triple stitched for added strength, and the darts which give the ham its distinctive shape are hand finished to create a smooth surface.

Our tailor's pressing ham is designed to sit upright and on the long edge without support to giving you more contours to work with when pressing collars and curved seams.

The tailor's ham is presented in a drawstring dust bag.

Weight: 5kg, length: 26cm/10 inches, width: 21cm/8 ½ inches at the widest point tapering to 4cm/1 ½ inches at the narrowest, depth at base: 14cm/5 ½ inches.

Each tailor's ham is individually handmade, so the weight and size may vary slightly.

Normal delivery on this item is 1 week from order. Each tailor's ham is shipped separate from other items and delivered by courier; a signature is required upon receipt of delivery.
